Who We Are

House of Carers started in 2014 when a young couple Clive Williams and his wife Candice Williams saw a significant amount of kids around their neighbourhood going hungry or without food for days.

This was all Candice’s late mother, Gloria Groenewald’s idea, vision and wish. As she was a pensioner, the couple took the initiative.

With no assistance or donations they decided to take initiative serving soup and bread in their community of Kewtown. More and more kids came along from surrounding areas and they knew they had to develop a plan to reach more kids.

In order to get donations and create more opportunities for their passion and work in communities, they registered as an NPC in 2020.

We support children and youth to reach their full potential.

Build a world where all children and youth are safe, valued and fed.

What We Do

We Provide Care

At House of Carers, we strive to ensure that all children within our community and surrounding areas do not go hungry.

We Strengthen

At House of Carers, we make certain that all children in our communities are nourished and fed because empty tummies cannot concentrate and learn in school.
